The whole place smells like mold and would be dangerous anyone allergic to spores. The carpets were dirty and the place is an absolute disgrace. Hallways reeked of pot.

Not worth it!!!
We rented this room because of the hot tub and we were not informed at time of check in that the hot tub was not working. The front desk staff was very short with me. They also require a $500.00 hold on your card for incidentals. Room faced parking lot and the hallway felt like I was walking into run down apartments. The lobby is very misleading to the rest of the property. TV was colored leached and when trying to watch certain channels it would bring up a completely different channel for several stations. Shower was either extremely hot or cold very difficult to get a medium temperature. The only decent part of the stay was the pillows and breakfast. For the price I expected more and at least the courtesy of being told the hot tub was being repaired at time of check in, not after walking across the windy parking lot to be sent back to our room at 8 pm. I honestly would have gone to another establishment if I was told at check-in, especially for $160.00 for what we got.

We didn't have a ton of choices to pick from. I've never stayed in a quality in and I now know why. The walls in the room are dirty. Chairs are stained and in general feels unsafe. It's situated in a parking lot of a busy retail shopping mall. Loud and frequent cars.

We came and stayed here just overnight (my husband, our one-year-old son, and I). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind so that was a major plus for us! Though the fridge started leaking and there was a huge mess on the floor when we woke up. We never even used it/opened it. Also, my son was walking on the floor after a bath with bare feet and the bottoms of his feet were black after 5 minutes! Clearly the floors had not been mopped in some time. They were laminate so should be mopped every time someone stays. At least give it a quick one with the swiffer! Lol But liked the continental breakfast!

Despite the ratings on the website and the overall appearance of the outside of the property, this place was great. The room was clean, great water pressure in the shower and they even had a hot tub which my kids loved. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed Lots of linoleum. Nothing fancy. Placed in the middle of a parking lot in a shopping mall complex. Good if you want to shop. Not great if you like to walk and see the sights.
