Staff was very friendly and helpful. Resort food was excellent
Had an excellent snacks at the chracuterie section of the restaurant. The chef was very pleasant and enjoyed his work.
Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Perfect place to enjoy beach, pool and amusement parks. Visited in February and Hotel was doing maintenance to Grounds. Workers during day and horrible smell of amended top soils when at pool and opened patio doors.
Great location! Walking distance to Main Street and lots of great amenitiesN
Great view, friendly staff, lots of fun things for kids to do, close to shops.
Loved every minute of it! Comfortable suite with a separate master bedroom and bath. Kids stayed in the living room on the pull out couch. We used the fridge for breakfast food and snacks as food onsite was very expensive- but delicious. Expensive hotel but very enjoyable with every imaginable convenience and amenity. Parking fees were very high. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
This hotel was perfect for a family of four, including two teenagers. The pool area was a wonderful way to unwind after touring the surrounding area. The beach and access were wonderful, available chairs and towels. Service was great. Food was wonderful, especially breakfast. There were some non-working items in the room (outlet, refrigerator, rusty iron) but the hotel was quick to fix/replace. Overall would stay here again and highly recommend. Easy to get to San Diego for the day, up to LA and northern beaches for the day besides shorter trips to Laguna and Newport Beach
The hotel was great and the staff very pleasant and accommodating.
I stayed with my young daughter for just one night but we were totally blown away with how beautiful the hotel and property is. I wasn't expecting anything so fantastic and we will be back! Beautiful grounds and pools, large, clean room, super friendly staff!
The Spa here was the total bomb! This was the first time I had ever been to a spa, and my wife and I loved every minute of every day that we stayed. We for sure will be back again and are looking forward to our future couples day spa getaway!
Great place. Pricey - but so is everything in Southern CA. Friendly staff. Good food and service in the on site restaurant/bars. Very good breakfast. I would definitely go for the breakfast deal again. Great location. Will be back for sure.
This hotel is awesome. So many great amenities and steps from the beach. The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to greet you. Only a mile away from the pier and Main Street with tons of bars, shops, and restaurants. I love this place.
Went for a weekend trip. Got an Ocean view room. The views were excellent. The staff was helpful. The property is huge and widespread and had to walk long distance to get to your room. had a drink and food at the restaurant- was fabulous. Liked the fish tacos esply- were awesome. never tasted anything like this before. Would recommend it to friends and family.
Nice central location. Good breakfast buffet. Central Orange County location.
I love vacationing at this resort. It has such a relaxed atmosphere with easy access to the beach. Ample pools to choose from and onsite restaurants. It's a great place to kick back and relax.
we booked the oceanview suite, I was a bit far out from all the amenities. Also close to beach blvd. so when out on the balcony it was loud. We also had a wonderful dinner at the water table restaurant in the hotel.
The amenities were fantastic and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The staff is very warm and welcoming and quickly accommodated our requests. Having the ability to receive surfing lessons without having to leave the property to arrange them was a huge bonus.
Amazing hotel. Walk just a short distance and your on the beach or at one of the hotels great pools.
We had a fabulous time at the Hyatt. Everything was easy to get to and fun to experiance.
we had a wonderful 4 day saty at the Hyatt, great service, friendly staff, all day activities for the kids. close to downtown HB and right across from the beach, they give you complimentary chairs, towels, umbrella for the beach. only bad thing is the Valet parking, no other alternative and its $34 a night, that with the resort $28 resort fee and tax you looking to add $62 per night you stay. other than than its perfect
