The Space:
Saturday to Saturday Rental ONLY. This 1260 square foot condo is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, giving you all of the comforts of home in a beach-side tropical paradise. The living area features a leather couch, love seat, and recliner, with a large mounted flat-screen TV and balcony access. The well-equipped island kitchen features granite counters, tile backsplash, quartz counters, stainless appliances, a massive double-door refrigerator, custom cabinets, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of counter space.
Unit 303 is ideally situated on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the beach. Watch the kids play in the pool or admire the spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the spacious balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table that seats four plus 4 additional Adirondack chairs.
With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and queen bed, twin bunk bed, plus a twin pull-out in the third bedroom this lovely condo can sleep up to nine people. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The master bath features a tile walk-in shower. This condo has a washer & dryer, wireless internet, and wood-like tile floors throughout.
Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise room, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball courts.

If you need added space, we also manage units 304 and 305.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo, common areas, and amenities. Amenities include a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, BBQ gill area, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna/steam room, tennis court, basketball court, and fitness room.

The Neighborhood:
Shopping, dining, entertainment, walk-in-doctor office, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. are all located minutes from the complex. There is a Dollar General across the street.

Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses
