This is a great condo for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated and lots of amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook a variety of meals. We did not use the pool or beach, but both areas looked clean and well-maintained.

Monica’s condo was fantastic. The place was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space. Monica was super attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was probably my favorite place I have stayed in 30 years of visiting the coast!!! Five stars!!!!

Everything about the condo and its surroundings lived up to expectations. We both cooked in and dined out. Grocery stores and restaurants were easy to reach. The weather remained good and we enjoyed the beach and the pools. My one suggestion is I would have loved a comfortable chair in the master bedroom to sit in and read. There is really no place to do this when the living space is filled with people with the tv going. Otherwise, things were perfect. Thank you for a lovely few days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the ceiling fans kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (just bring any extra spices you like). The unit itself was nice and Monica was very attentive if you should have any questions or concerns. The condo is located above the pool area, so it can be a little noisy during the day and evening, but since we spent most of our time at the beach, it didn’t bother us much. Check-out is at 10 a.m., and the elevators can get a bit crowded at that time, so plan ahead if you’re on a schedule.Overall, we had a great trip and would stay here again!

We celebrated a dear friend's birthday in Orange Beach and couldn't have chosen a better unit to rent. It was clean and very well-decorated. The unit owner reached out promptly with instructions, making the overall check-in process easy. We really liked where the unit was situated in the complex, too. Hopefully, it will be available the next time we visit. We'd love to rent from Monica again!

This condo was a dream! Completely updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had every item you would have in your kitchen at home for both adults and kids. It is a perfect unit for grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren or two couples and children with 2 bedrooms having king beds and 1 having twins. The cherry on top was the covered, reserved parking. Much needed during the busy season. These owners definitely have gone above and beyond and we look forward to our next visit!

Great property- everything was so easy! Covered parking was in the basement so it was easy to just leave our beach stuff in the back of the truck instead of hauling it up to the room. Balcony was nice with seating. Plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Good clean spot! We have no complaints

Last minute spring break trip

We decided to take our kids on a spring break trip and it was a great place to stay. We were able to get in a few hours early and stay a few hours late. Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This condo perfectly met the needs of our two families-4 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable. We spent the majority of the time at the beach and pool. Extremely relaxing and beautiful. The kids loved the indoor pool-a big hit since we had one rainy day. We’d definitely stay here again. Monica was very responsive to our needs.

2nd Time Staying Here

We have been to Orange Beach 4 times in the last 8 years and I wish we would have found this Condo sooner. The perfect size and location for my family of 6. We had an amazing family trip and hope to keep the tradition of going every other year. If we do at least I know where we are going to stay. Monica was great and was always available with any questions or concerns that come up. This property has everything you could ever want in a vacation spot. Can't wait to book this condo again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Comfortable Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations! The photos don’t do it justice! The unit is very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean! We were given clear directions for check-in and check-out, and the process was super easy. The owner also communicated to ensure everything was to our liking, and responded promptly with any questions. The views from the balcony were picturesque; simple gorgeous beach views. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful location. All amenities for a great beach vacation. I was especially glad the kitchen was stocked with all necessary utensils. Only challenge was spotty internet connection. We will definitely stay again next summer.

We had plenty of room in this spacious condo with 4 adults and 2 children. The condo was clean, comfortable, kitchen stocked well, and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect as well! Communication with Monica was top notch! She is so warm and welcoming, responds quickly, and very friendly! We would love to stay here again!

This condo couldn’t have been better!! If you’re looking for a true feeling of being at home ways from him this is it! Kitchen was very well stocked, great views and cozy furniture! Seriously I could go all day outdoor and indoor pool right of the beach but to top it all off Monica was great I mean absolutely fantastic. She made sure she checked in before arrival during arrival reminders of checkout process I mean I couldn’t have asked for a better host going above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!
