Harold was a great host. He was very helpful with any questions we had and very responsive. The condo was perfect; very quiet and clean and enough space to spread out if we wanted. Our girls enjoyed the pool since they could be inside even on the cooler days. The hot tub was a nice perk too. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Just got back from our stay. Condo was clean and well stocked with linens, kitchen stuff and everything someone would want to cook a nice meal. Beds are comfy. What we like is the location and how close to the beach it is. It a very comfortable Condo to stay in. We have booked it before and will again. This was our second stay.

Great condo on the beach

My family of five (two 20 something’s and three forty something’s) stayed and loved it. We had coffee on the balcony looking at the waves each morning, then walked down the quick walk to enjoy a few hours right on the beach. The town the condo is in has plenty to do but you never need to leave the condo with games, Tv, and of course the beautiful view!

Family Get Together

I usually stay at Gulf State campgrounds. Didn't want to haul my trailer so I opted for the unit close to it. I'm not a beach person, however this unit was first floor with a great side view to the gulf. Unit had beach chairs and toys on balacony.The unit served our needs perfectly. The only downsides (not blaming owners), their cleaning staff isn't very efficient. One of the 2 elevators-out ofservice numerious times(glad we were on 1st floor), fire alarm test that no one told us about, and water was shut off for a massive valve replacement . Owner did advise two days prior-however instead of maintenance being performed on Monday, it was shut off all day Tuesday. As stated, didn't spend a lot of time in unit.

My room was very dusty. There was a vibrator left in the nightstand in the Master Bedroom along with a used toothbrush left in the shower. There were two half used rolls of tissue, one for each bathroom. Then to top it all off, I never received an email about checking into my room and had to get the door code info from a customer support agent. Just was an overall disappointing stay. I did enjoy the beach though.

Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is a very short walk to the gulf. The weather cooperated and it was a great trip. The condo was close to the pool and easy to get to local places. Great vacation!
