Enjoy new balcony and living room furniture, including two recliners, in this completely repainted and refreshed 14th floor condo.

This 3-bedroom, 4-bath unit provides plenty of hot water for everyone with its new 80-gallon commercial grade hot water heater.

New appliances include washer, dryer, range, microwave, refrigerator and
whisper-quiet dishwasher.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The living room also includes a DVD
player, stereo, updated WiFi router and queen sofa-sleeper.

Floors are tiled throughout, including balcony for beautiful gulf and beach
views.

The table with four chairs plus chaise lounge let you catch some rays along with great sunrises and sunsets that will be long remembered.

The breakfast bar seats four with the dining room for eight and special views for everyone.

Wet bar area has dedicated ice machine, plenty of glassware and blender.

Master bath includes double-sink vanity, jetted soaking tub, walk-in glass shower with dual multi-function shower heads, walk-in closet and separate stool room.

You’ll make great memories in this comfortable, updated condo and look forward to returning at your next opportunity.

Love the property and the unit!

Love the property and its location! Great amenities! Would have given it 5 stars if the floors had been clean. They were sticky and looked as if they had been mopped with dirty water. Would love to stay here again if we are back in the area!
