Juggling rooms

unfortunately the people that rented the unit we had booked checked out and reported they had Covid. As a result they shutdown my booked unit. They did make arrangements however we had to stay 2 nights in one unit and 2 nights in another resulting in losing a full day of the only 3 we had. Asked for a partial refund since the total cost was not worth the amount paid.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view

Very nice condo with a beautiful view. But, it was not cleaned well by housekeeping. My floors were dirty, and the ceilings in the kitchen had food splattered on them. The bathroom floors were dirty. I literally had to wash the brown dirt off the bottoms of my feet after walking barefoot for a couple minutes. I was curious and moved the couch away from the wall and it was filthy. So, as much as I loved the condo and the great view, I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness. I wasn't expecting to check in and immediately go to a store and buy floor cleaner and come clean the floors. Housekeeping should do a better job of cleaning thoroughly before guests arrive.
