In this beautiful Gulf-front three-bedroom, you’ll find dreamy Gulf views, luxurious wood-look tile flooring, and calming neutral decor accented with soft pinks. After a day at the beach, unwind on the large, plush sectional and enjoy a movie on the enormous flatscreen TV, or simply take in those incredible Gulf views.
Open to the living area, the beautifully-designed kitchen features tons of white shaker-style cabinetry, an expansive light stone countertop, and stainless steel appliances. Mesmerizing Gulf views and seating for four at the large breakfast bar accompany the chef. There is also a huge wet bar with an ice maker, the perfect spot to set out drinks and snacks, as well as a formal dining table for six under a whimsical wooden birdcage chandelier.
When it’s time to rest, the Gulf-front primary suite is a true retreat, decorated in calming hues. An enormous flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access with stunning views may just make this room your favorite. Two additional bedrooms each have double Queen beds, plus there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this unit easily accommodates up to 12 guests. The washer and dryer are a lovely added bonus for large families.
On your expansive Gulf-front balcony, you’ll enjoy some private outdoor space to accompany all of the amazing amenities you’ll have downstairs at Phoenix Gulf Towers. Dine and relax at the outdoor dining table, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets while planning endless Orange Beach adventures.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
