Phoenix 10, 1208 is a stunning one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf-front condo at the popular Phoenix 10, conveniently located near Flora-Bama. It accommodates up to four guests with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The condo boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with wood shades, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and flat-screen TVs throughout. The bathroom features a single vanity and a tub-shower combination. Enjoy breakfast or relax on the balcony, which offers plenty of seating and breathtaking views.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The floor was a little dirty in the kitchen and bathroom. We found three large live cockroaches. One on the kitchen countertop, one in the living room and one in the hallway. There was evidence of a mouse on the kitchen countertop. General lack of maintenance throughout the condo. We have stayed at the Phoenix X 4-5 times and have had great condos. This one did not live up to the standards of the ones we have stayed in previously and would not choice this one again.
