Great location

Love Seaside Beach and Racquet Club stayed here many times. Grounds n pools always kept up and easy access to beach.

Perfect vacation

It was a perfect vacation for my kids and I. Great location, amazing view of the beach. Everything was clean and in working order. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place!!

Fully enjoyed our stay here! Loved the location and proximity to the beach. The decor was beautiful! Very clean! The property management company was so easy to work with and very friendly! Would definitely stay here again ❤️

Very convenient

The elevator and the stairs were right across from entrance so that was very convenient. View was wonderful! Felt very safe. Location was convenient to Walmart, Dollar Store, Publix, Souvenir shops and restaurants.

Amazing!

This condo more than met our expectations. It was clean and well furnished. The location is prime being a corner unit and super close to pool and beach walkout. Not one complaint. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again if in the area.

Amazing View

This condo is exactly as pictured. The view is gorgeous and the access to the beach is so close. The elevator is just across the hall from the condo. I can't wait to rent this condo again!!

The space was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. One of the rooms was so cramped that it wasn’t even possible to roll a suitcase into it. The hallway shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere, and the hot water ran out after just one or two people showered, so we had to carefully plan to avoid cold showers.Also, be aware that there is an additional 50 parking fee required to stay at this property. This fee is not clearly disclosed upfront—I only found out about it four days before check-in, which was too late to make any changes to our reservation. The unit itself could use some maintenance, including fresh paint, and the pillows were stained and appeared unclean.On a positive note, the views were beautiful, and thankfully we spent most of our time enjoying the beach rather than staying in the room.

Just as it looked in the pictures

The condo was clean and comfortable. Close to the pool and the path to the beach. I loved that we weren’t so high up that it took a long time to get anywhere, but high enough to have a lovely view. Our teens made use of the tennis court easily because it was close as well. We had a great stay!

Nice place -

Enjoyed stay very much. Noisy at times, mostly later at night - younger guests moving from place to place. Unit is beside elevator so some noise of coming and going from that too.

Perfect ending to an overactive vacation ~

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect place to wind down before going home after a two week vacation with 6 friends that had been going non stop for two weeks. Plenty to do when we wanted to "do", and plenty of ways to relax - which we all needed. Loved it, would stay again!

Family Vacation

Vacation spot was excellent. But the furniture amd carpet of the condo we stayed in was super dirty. I had to but blankets to lay over furniture. And main door handle to balcony was broken

Awesome!

The condo was awesome! There were 4 of us that went and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. Only downfall of the condo is the size of the bathrooms. There are only 2 and they are tiny. Other than that everything was perfect. Amazing view, and perfect location, and great atmosphere.

It was good

It was nice and looks like the pictures shows. The floors are very dirty though as my feet were black if I walked around barefoot. The condo was quiet and location was good. If someone else rents make sure to being extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent

Great Stay

We had a fantastic stay in Seaside 3401. Being a corner unit, we had balconies on two sides with great views. The pictures are an accurate portrayal of the unit. Having the large open area in the kitchen/living area was perfect. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids (ages 16,14,9,5). Beach and pool access were immediate (plus there are 2 pools to use). Only complaint would be stains in the carpet. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Enjoyed our time

The condo was as expected, what was shown on the site. Management was nice and very quick to answers questions or problems. We needed batteries for a remote and they took care of it quickly. One of the Sliding doors in the living room was stuck but other one worked so it was fine. Drain in master bathroom was slow. Furniture could be updated but stay was comfortable. Great location on beach.
