· Stainless Steel appliances and tiled countertops in lovely full kitchen with upgraded Keurig Duo coffee station that can accommodate 12 cup coffee carafe or KCups.

· Charming dining area table seats four, with stools for two at breakfast bar

· Master bedroom has King size bed with new Serta Hybrid Memory foam mattress, chest style nightstands for clothing storage and 55" Smart TV.

· 2 Queen size beds in guest room with new Serta Hybrid Memory foam mattresses. Practical and Functional 18" height bed frames allow for easy under bed storage of luggage.

· Master bathroom with extended vanity and shower and tub combination

· New stacked washer and dryer tucked away in hall closet.

· Tiled balcony with table and chairs overlooks fabulous Gulf front and view of Perdido pass

Condo was okay, very outdated and could have been cleaner. Tiles were broken throughout flooring. Showers in both bathrooms did not work properly, were either burning hot or barely warm. For the money spent, I expected cleaner and more updated, I use air b&b or VRBO regularly and this condo was the least impressive I’ve stayed in.

Great Unit

The unit was just as we expected. It was very nice and clean. However, the beds were horrible. They were the hardest beds that I have ever slept on. All in all, it was a great week.
