Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.

**PET POLICY: A pet agreement and non-refundable pet deposit ($100) is required for all guests requesting to bring their pet.**
**Strict HOA policy regarding pets. Renters are limited to 1 pet that must be no larger than 40lbs in peak summer months (2 pets permitted before Memorial Day and after Labor Day)**

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.

This is quite the condo. I personally loved the neutral colors and decor. It was so warming to come into a condo and them have a few low lights on in the living area and master bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The kitchen was set up with a Keurig and coffee maker. The pictures on the VRBO app of the outside furniture need to be updated. The new outdoor furnishings are SO much better. So comfy. The guest bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower! Bath towels and washcloths were super soft. One thing that wasn't working was the lock on the balcony door. We notified the agency upon our departure, so hopefully that will get fixed. We enjoyed our stay here with our fur baby.

The balcony view is absolutely beautiful! There is a perfect view of the sunrise! I very much enjoyed waking up to such a beautiful beach view. Calming, relaxing and peaceful way to get the morning started and ending the evening! Pool is great also. Our condo was absolutely beautiful! Loved the decor!

I just want to say that the property was as listed. But my husband and I are in our mid 60s with restrictions. So the furniture in this property is extremely hard to get out of. The chairs and couch are very low to the ground and are hard to exit when you have restrictions. However, the bed was extremely high. I myself had trouble getting into it. We had to go buy a two step stool so that I could get into the bed. There is a walk-in shower that helped tremendously. And both bathrooms have standard toilet stools, which also creates issues with people who have restrictions. So I will say that the next time we book a condo we will take it upon ourselves to make sure that the condo is handicap accessible. It is our fault that we did not do that this time, but I felt it was necessary to mention this in case others with mobility issues might want to rent this condo. The only other complaint we have is that the lady who was cleaning the condo before we got there was still in the condo and the floors were wet, and I hated to walk in on her, but we had gotten the code for the door and was told we may pass her going in, but she was actually still in the condo when we went in.

Place was in a great location. Very clean and roomy. Enjoyed the balcony having an outdoor couch and chair which made it very comfortable than hard plastic chairs. WiFi was not great in master bedroom.

The condo is lovely. There was a dog kennel available for use and many beach toys. The appliances were modern and clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor living room. We were close to wonderful restaurants.the dog walking areas are close and clean. Kids loved the pool.

Perfect Location

The communication was beyond exceptional! The property was clean, well stocked and above all a perfect location! Right across the street is EVERYTHING you would need within walking distance! The one and only thing I would change would be the ability to check in earlier, but there is a public restroom available to change and you can hang by the pool until unit is ready!It is a FANTASTIC property!

This height yielded daily views of dolphins, perfect amt of sun on patio, quietness ( couldnt hear conversations on the beach.)The space of the condo was perfect for 2 adults; the bed in 2nd bedroom is lating on the floor ( disapoointing) and that "couch" in LR is unusable
