Check in was at 3pm CST; we waited almost an hour to receive the code. We texted and emailed, to only receive generic responses of ‘a code will be provided when property is ready’. All occurred after 3pm CST. If property is not ready at standard check in time, communication needs to be accurate and timely. If my husband had not communicated with the front desk staff, we would have not been updated of any delays, or provided a code to enter. The property is wonderful.
