Welcome to one of the best views in Orange Beach. Perched on the top floor of Phoenix East, this unit offers an expansive unobstructed view of the entire western beach and horizon as well as an up close and personal view of Perdido Pass. Relax at the outside table and chairs on the wrap around deck white watching for dolphins, waterfowl, and the occasional Blue Angel.
You can continue to enjoy this wonderful view while relaxing in the contemporary living room with high ceilings, ample seating, and a large Samsung LED HDTV and DVD player. Should you be lured into the updated kitchen equipped with all you need to cook the meal of your choice, seat yourself at the dining table for six that offers the same fantastic views.
The newly renovated master offers a king-size bed and Samsung LED flat screen HDTV with DVD player. Have your morning coffee on the balcony that offers a beautiful view of Cotton Bayou. Inside, cozy up with a book or just relax on the comfy chair. The bathroom vanity is separate from the shower/tub/toilet area. The walk-in closet will store all your get away items.
Down the hall a second bedroom offers a queen size bed with plenty of storage in the dresser and closet. The beach décor continues in this room, as well as in the third bedroom that offers another queen-size bed with storage in the dresser and closet. The second bath offers another bath/shower combination.
This amazing unit is appointed with an eclectic variety of gulf inspired art....with a dash of New Orleans flavor.

The A/C in the room did not work well. It never got below 74 and was as high as 81 degrees. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. I was there for work and struggled during the day because I could not rest well. The shower was slow to drain. I would be standing in ankle deep water before the shower was done. There is no bedroom facing the beach. The master faced the parking lot.
