AMAZING VIEWS of the Gulf and the Pass from this 6th floor Direct GULF FRONT Unit located at Phoenix VI Condominiums in Orange Beach. You can see miles of Gulf waters, for Dolphin watching or enjoy the boats float by. A fully functional kitchen with updated cabinets & granite countertops is right at your fingertips and offers all that you will need for making family meals. The dining area accommodates 4 with a decor that is stylish and contemporary. A breakfast bar for 2 adds even more room for the entire family. A spacious living area with comfortable seating makes for a perfect place to settle in after those long, playful days at the beach! Both the master and guest bedrooms have new plank Flooring & are equipped with flat screen televisions, high speed internet, and Dish Network offering 200 channels.
When you enter this wonderfully furnished unit, you will be taken back by the breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and wonderful views of the Gulf, Pool and Perdido Pass. The open floor plan allows you to provide a fabulous meal while socializing with guests in the living area and providing a wonderful water view.

The master bedroom provides a large comfortable king size bed, new plank flooring, flat screen TV; attached bath w 2 vanities, new granite countertops, updated cabinets, new faucets and sinks, and the bedroom has access to the balcony, and beach front views.

The Guest Bedroom offers two double beds, new plank flooring, flat screen TV, and a spacious attached bath, also with new cabinets, granite countertops, faucets, and sinks.

Unit features a New washer and dryer, ironing board and iron in the unit. All linens are provided, just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

You can enjoy all of the wonderful things that Orange Beach has to offer including, shopping, dining, water sports, parasailing, dolphin cruises, movie theaters, zip-lining and so much more!

Perfect family vacation spot

We found this property to be perfect for our family vacation. It was convenient for us enjoying the beautiful beach and also the pools. The weather was cooler than expected , so we loved having a heated pool and jacuzzi on the premises The owner was a wonderful communicator and addressed any need that we had in a very timely manner. Positives were the location and having a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The indoor pool and hot tub were quite grimy with desperate need for deep cleaning. The outdoor pool was great and appeared well maintained but weather was too cold during our stay to swim. The apartment itself was sufficient with basics provided but also in need of a deep clean and refresh. Visible dust accumulated on many surfaces and stains on the walls. Mattresses were old and furniture in the living room was uncomfortable with the exception of the recliner. The pull out couch was not remotely comfortable and would never advise an adult to sleep on it. Appreciated the washer and dryer in unit.
