My feedback is mainly around the cleanliness and the lack of property management communication. It’s as if they only cleaned the linens, towels, and did a light vacuum. The washer/dryer had a significant amount of sand it that we had to vacuum out. The cabinets had brown stains on them, and the living room rug had debris in it. My toddler almost immediately found a piece of broken glass on the rug on while we were unpacking the first night. The trash can was broken and had a metal wire sticking out of it which i felt was unsafe for our toddler. So, I put it in the laundry closet and bought our own for the week. The dishwasher would leak suds when we used the condo provided dishwasher pods. The dryer had to be run 2-3 times to actually dry. I tried calling the property management company three times with no one answering or returning my voicemail.
Other than that, the location was great and super convenient.
