Welcome to your vacation home! This completely remodeled 2-bedroom Phoenix III condo beckons a blissful beach vacation for couples and families. You will love the comfort of the queen sofa sleeper and armchair to stretch out on in the living room. Relax after a fun day and enjoy the 55-inch LG UDH 4K television and wireless DVD player.

The fully equipped kitchen is as inviting as can be with new stainless steel appliances, sleek gray granite countertops with black highlights, and white cabinetry adding the perfect balance. The two padded, wooden breakfast bar chairs encourage conversation during meal preparation, and a glass-topped rattan dining set offers seating for four.

You'll certainly want to take your meals to the balcony to enjoy the lulling sound of the waves, and the octagonal wooden dining set for four encourages just that.

The tiled master bedroom, with all new decor, mattress and bedding also opens to the balcony and is furnished with a King-size bed, a 40-inch television and DVD player. The master bathroom received a complete makeover with a granite countertop added along with a new mirror. It features a tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area.

The second bedroom, with new carpeting, is furnished with two full-size beds, new mattresses and a flat-screen television.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination along with a new granite countertop and mirror.

New washer and dryer as of 2017 as well.

Disappointed, needs updating.

This unit needs to be updated. The door handles are secured on by silicone caulking. The mattress on the master bed was broken. The master bath sink faucet sprays water everywhere when you turn it on. The guest bath is twice the size as the master bathroom. No pot holders in the kitchen. The outdoor furniture is extremely old and worn out. Very disappointed in this unit. The pictures are deceiving of what you actually are getting. However it is in a good location. Maintenance kept coming and asking about the toilet even though we never had an issue with the toilets which was odd that the guy kept coming back. People smoking pot on the balcony at all hours of the day & night. We will not stay here again. Very disappointed in this unit but it doesn’t reflect all the units in this condo as we viewed a few with a realtor. This was all reported to Brett Robinson rentals.
