The email I received about my reservations said I would receive two parking passes, but I only received one and the property management tried to charge me 60 for a second parking pass. Once I showed them the email I received my second parking pass free. It was a great location. We enjoyed our stay, but some of the appliances are out of date and could be updated. If you plan on staying here, do not put food in the refrigerator for the first day and a half. It will not get cold for at least 14 to 18 hours. This will not keep me from renting this property again though.

Perfect for a family vacation right on Orange Beach and a lovely pool. 3 siblings and spouses were able to share vacation together but each had their own bedroom and bath.

Fantastic!

Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed being on the end and having the huge wrap around balcony. Everything was spotless clean! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool as well

Girls Beach

The bathroom (with twin beds) had mold and mildew in the shower ( text the You would property manager and they sent someone to clean it). Also after washing all the towels, we realized the dryer was broken (again called property manager and they came to repair it). Normally would not have been an issue, but we had to wait to get cleaned up.

Best place ever

This was the best and nicest place we have ever stayed. We had the best view, weather, and security was amazing. We had some trouble with parking but got it resolved very quickly! We will absolutely be back to this condo in the future!!!!

Orange Beach - can't beat the location

We had a party of five adults. The three bedroom/ three bathroom condo provided plenty of room for all of us. The layout was great. We enjoyed the wrap-around deck. The beach is just beautiful - perfect, white, powdery sand and clean water. Our in-laws spent $4 thousand more than we did for the condo resort next door - and we shared the same beach! Convenient Publix and Walmart 5 minute drive. Florabama was a fun night out for the 21+ crowd. We would stay here again.

Few hiccups, but we made it work.

The check-in process was not seamless...the code for the keypad was not valid. Unfortunately we had to call the "front desk" in order to receive the new code. Two days later after returning from dinner, we discover that the batteries in the door keypad were fully depleted...so we had to contact after hours maintenance to install a fresh set of batteries into the keypad. So....we were locked out of the place for about an hour which was frustrating. Then....and this is what really set me off. The day prior to us leaving, pest control knocked on our door. He tells us (and I am not making this up), that he was there to inspect the condo and more specifically the beds for bedbugs!! He actually had to go into each of our rooms, remove the sheets and covers and lift the mattress so that he can check for bedbugs. At that point we were beyond frustrated and now concerned about this bedbug issue. Luckily he didn't find any signs of the vermin, and we didn't see any either. But that is something we should not have to experience while on vacation. Other than that, the location was good, the beaches were good, the staff and after hours maintenance teams were friendly.

We had a blast. Great location And the condo is laid out in such a way that nobody gets in anybody's way Plenty of room! Great location However I do have one complaint - the floors. This may be an issue with tile but walking around the condo barefooted - our feet were black Other than that........ It was a great place to stay and I would stay again. Thank you

Great place to stay.

Really have no complaints about this property except for one. There was damage to one part of the balcony railing that had been temporarily repaired but we had two children under two with us so it still made us a little wary. The view was beautiful. Loved the huge balcony. Beds were pretty comfortable. I didn’t wake up hurting so that’s good. Kitchen had everything we need to cook any meals. Loved that we could log in to netflix or disney plus on the smart TV in the living room during down time. We didn’t spend much time at the pool so I can’t speak to that. Walk from condo to beach with two small children was very tolerable. Would definitely stay again.

Intimate Bachelorette Getaway

We all LOVED our stay here. We didn't want the traditional "bachelorette rager," we just wanted a relaxing environment to get to know one another on a better level. This condo was awesome. We really appreciated the wrap-around balcony and there were so many ways to get out on the balcony which prevented disturbing others who might be watching TV in the living area. We definitely want to stay here again!

A Nice Stay

Overall this was a great stay with my family in Orange Beach. The condo is beautiful , although it is showing it’s age. The place was well kept, smelled nice , the bedding was clean and the beds were comfy. There were a few minor “cleanliness” issues upon arrival, but nothing that we weren’t able to quickly remedy with a broom and dustpan. There was communication from the “condo care team” throughout the visit , which was nice. Overall it was a good place to stay with my family.

Wonderful Trip!

The condo was clean and roomy! It was close to grocery stores and restaurants! Anytime I had a question I was answered within minutes. The condo was equipped with everything needed for a great family beach trip!

Spacious condo with ocean views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful ocean views with easy access to the beach. The condo had plenty of room for our entire family, and the balcony was very large. The beds were comfortable.

Beachfront Family Fun

Watch the kids from the wrap around balcony. Cook food in the large kitchen equipped with an air fryer/conventional oven/toaster and all the cookware you need. Loved every minute. Bring your own toiletries!
