BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. ( limit 1- ONE DOG weighing NO MORE THAN 40lbs.)
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We just got back from a wonderful stay here! There was plenty of room and privacy for our party of 9! The sounds of the ocean off the balcony was so lovely as well as the view. Never had an issue with communicating with the host. Highly recommend!

The condo was roomy, very clean, and the view was awesome. Would have preferred pool to be bigger and on the ocean side and not in the parking lot. Need more parking. A couple of the mattress on two of the beds did not sleep well. The master suite bed mattress seemed to sink in the middle. The queen bedroom mattress felt like there were springs sticking up in places. Overall, it was a good condo and I would stay there again.

Loved this condo. It was perfect for our family. Close to the restaurants, dolphin cruises, & was right on the beach. Additional parking was an issue though. After searching we found we could park at St. Thomas by the sea church after contacting them and getting a permit from them. They were 5 blocks from the condo. We made a donation to the church and saved money on overflow parking. I would stay at this condo again.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was excellent. Had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this condo to a large family vacation.
