Birthday trip success

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for three nights as part of my husband’s 50th birthday trip this week and it was perfect. We had stayed at this property before so we knew that the property as a whole was well maintained, clean and in a great spot for our needs. This specific unit was perfect for just the two of us. Spotless, updated, and just helped us to relax. The fireplace is a wonderful touch as well!! Hope to be back again!

Great Time Great Place

We had a wonderful couple of days, great unit, parking easy and located in garage. Easy walk next door to Flora Bama. Great service on the beach by the hard-working young individuals that set them up each day, very courteous and accommodating front desk. Interior unit AC worked well, kitchen and balcony perfect. Would stay here again no doubt.

Beautiful 1 BR/BA condo. 10/10

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed 4 nights and I would stay here again. The view is perfect. We saw dolphins almost every day until Bertha showed up. The bed is super comfy and so is the couch in the living room. There is a smart tv in the living room with plenty to watch. It’s very clean with plenty of dishes and utensils. The picture shows a bathtub and shower combo which was important to me because I hate showers only to get there and it’s only a shower now. It’s a nice shower and I lived but wish I’d known. There is a kurig combo in the kitchen. Overall a 10/10. Beautiful pool and just a beautiful complex.

As described and same as pictures. Take paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper. There was only one of each. I was worried about noise from the flora-bama but you can’t hear it from the unit at all!

Awesome 1BR Condo!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo exceeded my expectations. The room was very nice, updated, and had a cozy electric fireplace, which is so nice during the winter months, even though you're at the beach. It was chilly during our stay. Nice touch! Newer appliances and granite counter tops. I assume the blinds or drapes will be added since it appears to have been recently updated. Honestly, no complaints at all. Had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this room for sure. Thank you!

No help their. Yall had a obligation to inform us of this to possibly fine other accommodations! Beautiful condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful view, fully stocked. Upon arrival, I noticed my bathtub had not been cleaned. It had a noticeable brown, oily ring, notified the management, but nothing happened. I ended up cleaning it myself, although I had very little cleaning supplies. The dishwasher is very loud, may need attention, I only noticed that as I was leaving and started the dishwasher. I had a short stay, but the view was the best, hopefully management will check cleaners next time. Another plus for the property is the pool great elevators, great parking!
