Two Bedroom Condo in HIGH DEMAND! Phoenix East!

The deep colors of the curtains and leather recliner in the living area of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo set a lovely, rich contrast to the tan love seat and matching queen sleeper sofa. Numerous decorative items adorn the various tables and shelving in white, natural wood and rich wood tones, including the large entertainment center with flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo. Black kitchen appliances, one of which is a flat-surface stove, are offset by white counters. Two chairs at the breakfast bar add seating to the formal six-chair dining set. The balcony offers mealtime seating for four accompanied by gulf breezes and the sounds of the gentle surf. A tall king bed rests in white wood in the master bedroom that has balcony access. A white six-drawer dresser and mirror are next to the bed, and it faces a wall-hung flat-screen TV. The dressing area includes a single sink and a seated vanity, and the shower/tub is encased in sliding doors. The two queen beds in the second bedroom include striking bed frames, and they face a flat-screen TV on the wall with DVD player above. The main bath has standard fixtures including glass sliding doors on the shower/tub.

Clean, nice place with a good view

We almost did not rent this because of only one rating of a score of 1. But, we decided to take a chance bc the rating comment seemed minute. Overall, this is a great place. Construction is going on next door, but it was not so much noise to wake us or bother us but perhaps it may be to someone who is not from a city or busy environment. The condo was very clean and we would rent again. The dead bolt needs to be fixed and we called but no one ever came to fix it after we called. My husband made it work. It seems previous renters may have done something harsh with it.
