Summary:
Hammock Dunes is a new development in Orange Beach, AL. No details have been overlooked in this fantastic beachside cottage offering features such as shiplap walls, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, covered parking and outdoor shower. At just under 1500 sq. feet, this cottage offers all of the luxuries of home and is a short walk to the large, shared, beachfront swimming pool and boardwalk leading directly to the white sandy beach.

The Space:
This 2 bedroom / 3 bath home has all you will need for the perfect beach getaway. The fully-equipped kitchen (offers a KEURIG AND REGULAR DRIP COFFEE MAKER) will make meal and snack time a snap with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. An open floorplan living area has plenty of space for dining, entertaining or just relaxing. The living area has direct access to the spacious outdoor balcony where you may enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or the sunset with your favorite evening beverage.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and master en suite with a double vanity and shower. The guest room also has a private bath and has two queen beds. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper making room for 8 guests to share this luxurious space.

At just under 1500 sq. feet, this cottage offers all of the luxuries you should expect from a beachside vacation rental and is a short walk to the large, shared, beachfront swimming pool and boardwalk leading directly to the white sandy beach.

The Neighborhood:
Hammock Dunes is located within walking distance or a very short driving distance to many of our fantastic dining venues, shopping, grocery stores, outdoor and beach activities, golf courses and much more. Chair and umbrella rental services are also available.

Other Things to Note:
Upon arrival you will find: one roll of tp per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days. The space will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned when you depart but we will not be accessing the space during your stay to clean.

While this development is directly on the beach, this home sits about 100' from the beach with 3 homes between you and the beach. There is no direct beach view from the home or balcony but the beach is right there.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Was a very nice 2 bedroom condo just steps from the beach. The location was central to the area and made access to parks, grocery store and restaurants very easy. The condo is raised so you would need tobe able to do steps, otherwise property was very nice.

Lovely beach cottage

Our stay at #B at Hammock Dunes was great. The deco was beautiful, the beds comfortable and we had all we need to fix easy meals in the kitchen. We do miss having a beach view but the walk to the beach was short and very easy to navigate.

Overall very good

Loved the house and location. Newer property with privacy. Great beach access and pool. There were a few minor issues but management was very responsive. Would be great for there to be a sign at front of the street and better night lighting - hard to see where to turn in at night. Worked well for a family of 5.

Property Review

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very close to the beach/shared pool and the boardwalk was great. The cottage was nicely furnished and each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. My kids especially liked having a tv in their room (we won’t let them have Tv’s in their rooms at home). The only thing that I would recommend is having a sign on the main road. We passed up the entrance the first time. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great Getaway!
