Condo was great! Had a beautiful view. Easy check in/out. Pools were perfect for kids. Lots of carts for hauling luggage. Overall one of the best places we’ve stayed in OB.

Our suite didn't seem like it had been cleaned. The shower curtain liner had stains on it. The towels had stains in them, the coffee maker had old molded coffee remains in it, the dishwasher was dirty and had dirty dishes in them.And a beeping noise kept going off and on throughout the night. Our stay was for 4 days 3 nights. We had to get a trash bag from a neighbor because you have to take out your trash before you checkout, but we didnt have an extra one. The elevator carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, the sauna was off so we couldn't use it.The access tonthe beach and pool is nice- very convenient, but that was the only good thing about this property. The property isnt cleaned well. The doors and walls are kinda dirty. The floor inside the property didnt seem like it had been mopped before our stay or like itbhad been a while since it was last mopped.Our balcony had debris on it. The wall on the balcony had been cracked and a small pilenof debris was there.Regeana at thenfront desk was super nice and helpful. The housekeeping manager or supervisor ( i dont remember her name) seemed a little annoyed that i came to her with my issues. But, when i returned to my room, everything except for the beeping noise and debris on the patio had been resolved.
Even after been "cleaned" the dishwasher is stained so it looks dirty no matter what.

The condo was perfect for me, my best friend and her 3 kids ages 6-14! It has everything you need for an extended stay!! I was very happy with how well stocked the property was!! 5 of us fit comfortably!! The 2 different balconies are AMAZING!! Highly recommend. I'll be back!
