Best view of the beach and gulf from a ground floor unit! Great pools! Walkable restaurants, and very convenient to OB shops. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again. Only complaint is the 9am checkout time...way too early for a beach rental, especially in the off-season!!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The assistance at the property and through the property management was horrible. Also on our last night 3 random men entered our condo to replace a sink (that had been working fine) right before dinner and with no warning. When I called about this they insisted they had to replace the sink right then and offered no flexibility or compensation for the inconvenience. Very difficult to work with
