I’ll start off first off by saying the price nightly was not bad, which is why I booked this unit. It was just a small weekend getaway for my family of 4. 2 adults 2 kids. So we weren’t looking for anything fancy. However, next time I will pay a more to have a better quality unit. There were so many things I was unsatisfied with.It was a hot day. The temperature outside was high 70s. When we walked into the unit, the air conditioner was set to 74 so it was a turn off from the start. We couldn’t relax as the couch was rock hard. The recliner was no better, it also didn’t recline. So, we decided to go on the balcony. The door handle to get to the balcony was broken. (I messaged management about it just for it to be notated that it was broken when I got there) they never responded to the text or called. However, we did not need them to come out because we did have a workaround to get the door open. Coming back into the condo, it was a bit difficult as there is not a real handle on the outside. It was very difficult to open from the outside. The towels and sheets were very rough. I swear those sheets felt like construction paper. The bright light coming into the bedroom window was very disappointing. It couldn’t be turned off neither. The unit itself is very outdated and needs to be thoroughly deep cleaned and repainted and updated. The pool had no umbrellas and zero shade. No gazebo. Nothing to protect us from the sun. I literally was baking in the sun while my kids swam.
