Welcome to Romar Place 1106! Inside this top floor condo, you will find abundant natural light flowing in from the spacious private balcony, with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. Step into the dining area with the dining table that comfortably seats six with additional seating for four at kitchen bar. The living space has a flat screen TV with sleeper sofa to relax after a day on the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer in the unit.

The main bedroom features a king bed with flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite main bathroom features a large vanity with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

Pros: The check in lady, I believe her name was Sherry, was so friendly. You could tell she actually cared that we were happy there.The balcony views were fantastic. The beds were great.Cons: kitchen needs a Keurig machine.

This place is beautiful! The views…you won’t be disappointed!!

This unit was clean, everything functional, AC worked great, and the VIEW…top floor and corner unit so the balcony is huge! There’s dining table on balcony as well. This fit our family perfect. In suite bathrooms were great too for all 3 bedrooms. Private beach, indoor and outdoor pools. I would definitely visit again. Just don’t forget extra toilet paper…lol. Great place.
