Newly renovated

The condo has been newly renovated and is beautiful. The location is great with the Flora-Bama next door and the family friendly atmosphere during the day.

Disgusting

Great location, great beach....filthy condo. The floors were so dirty we had to get supplies and clean them ourselves. Our grandsons feet and hands (he walks and crawls still) were black with dirt the first hour we were there. There were blue tape notes on the walls and ceiling where work was needed but not done. The vacuum was so full of grime and dirt that it was unusable. We drove a long way from Dallas to spend a week at the beach so had to put up with it, but if I were you I would not rent this place. I have many photos to show if anyone is interested.

Location, location, location

We like the location of the Phoenix X next to the Floribama. The condos are not as luxurious as the newer Phoenixs and are somewhat out of date; however, the location makes up for that. The staff there were excellent.
