BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We had a great stay again at Romar Beach condos. Our favorite place to stay a couple of times a year for several years now, The location simply cannot be beat, with close proximity to restaurants and venues in Orange each as well as Gulf Shores. A living room ceiling fan was replaced when we were there on this trip, which was very welcome. It wasn’t working in the fall when we were there so I wanted to make note it was done while there in March. Look forward to returning! Thanks,D & S, TN

The condo was nice and clean but the A/C only worked sporadically. They called the Service Company but I was told the outside unit was so corroded from the salty air that the whole unit needed replaced and that there was nothing they could do. The inside temperature got up to 80 degrees and we ended up leaving a day early because we couldn’t spend another night sleeping that hot. They offered to bring us fans but couldn’t give us anywhere else to go. So I definitely WOULD’NT stay here again. Owner said he’d refund a nights stay and has mailed it, but it’s been 3 weeks so I’m not holding my breath.

We love Romar Beach condos and have been multiple times. This beautiful condo is the new fave. Beds and couch are very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. The balcony is our place to spend many hours and feel the breeze and hear the ocean. (A small table for having breakfast or a lunch would be an appreciated addition ) The location to the beach is perfect and only a few moments to restaurants or stores in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Other than a maintenance issue, this would have been a five star experience for sure! We are already booked for this condo in March because we loved it! Thanks for sharing it with beachfront loving travelers!!D & S, TN

The property was fine. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool. Not that it matters, but the floors were beautiful! The only suggestion would be a full-length mirror somewhere in the condo.

Condo was clean and had great beach view. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Grandson loved the pool just wish the they had lighting around the pool was kinda dark at night. BEACHBALL properties had excellent communication. Would definitely recommend it!

2025 Gurls Trip
4 best friends had a wonderful time. This unit was full faced and easy beach access, pool located right on the side, outside restrooms conveniently located so you didn’t have to go back to the room. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. We will definitely be back and make this our first choice to stay.
