Located on the 10th floor of Phoenix VII, there are also incredible views of the back bays and the island, located along the North side of the unit.

o The formal dining table seats 4 guests, and there are also 4 bar stools along the kitchen island.

o You can sit on your private condo balconies and enjoy the view with a cup of tea.

o The linen closet features a full-sized, high-efficiency washer and dryer, so you can keep your beach towels fresh, and head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!

No AC for 32 hours

Our AC was not working and it was hot in the unit. I reported it to front desk and the first person they sent couldn’t fix the problem and said it is fix. Contacted the front desk again and they finally had a AC technician come past mid night to fix it. We should’ve be living in hot unit. Also, the front desk gave us wrong key to the unit and we get in until 5:00 pm.

Great location, Comfortable beds

This building has a excellent location, good beach amenities and personal that are very friendly. The unit is self is as the pictures show, the living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable to sit on. If you need to serve a large crowd out of this kitchen you will have the plates and flatware, but make sure you stop at the grocery store before planning on cooking ANYTHING. This kitchen comes with 1 roll of paper towels, no salt and pepper, or any basic pantry items.
