The Space:

This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The massive back yard w/picnic tables looks over amazing views of the mountains surrounding Oneonta. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room, spacious living room w/a 50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, two have a queen bed. There is a full bath with washer/dryer off the hallway. The master suite is the 4th bedroom with it's own bathroom and double sink. 32"-40" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!



Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

We had 4 moms and siblings stay in the house while the boys stayed at ASV. The location was perfect, about 8 min to ASV. Close to restaurants and there is a walgreens right next door which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very roomy. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The house is on a busier road making it harder yo get out. The driveway is tight when yoj have 4 cars parked. Overall, great stay amd highly recommend.

really nice house, well equipped. This property was located very close to All Star Village, which made our week easy. The house is nice and it is very clean with a lot of space. The property is also very nice with a lot of outdoor space.. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this house as well as all of the amenities. It’s location is great. You are close to baseball and you are in walking distance to the center of town which has shops and restaurants. Perfect spot and easy to reach hosts! Great location to All Star Village!

Thank you so much for such a great stay! It was the perfect location in relation to All Star Village to watch our son play baseball. Having the large cooler was so appreciated and we used it every day to bring water for our boys, parents, and siblings. It was very spacious and clean and thank you so much for the yummy pancake mix and syrup. The only bummer was we were not able to take advantage and use the college tics you so generously provided - if only we could stay longer! 😉 The house is also right next door to Walgreens for quick grocery and medicine pickup. Great Location if you playing at All Star Village!

This house was perfect for us while our son played at All Star Village. We shared the house with another family, and it could not have been better. The house is older, but was very clean and mostly updated. The Yard was PERFECT for us to play lawn games (which the owner includes) and grill out for dinner when we weren't at the ball park. Did I mention the location? Walgreens next door. Town is a short walk away for dinner or a drink.Grocery and other stores were only a few minutes drive. I would highly recommenc this house to anyone going to Oneonta for Baseball!

I wish we had utilized the large backyard -- we planned to hold a team BBQ, but the schedule did not make that possible. The hosts were attentive and engaged although we never required anything. Only challenge is pulling in/out of the driveway as the house is located on a slight bend where drivers like to get frustrated with any slow down. But we can handle that! Thank you for allowing us to stay -- see you again in 2025!

Perfectly located

This house is perfectly located for All star village. It was really nice to have AC units in each bedroom. I loved the convenience of laundry baskets and magnifying mirrors in each bedroom. There is a Walgreens right next door so it's easy to walk over and grab anything you forgot. The yard is huge and was fun to watch fire flies at night. The water was nice and hot for showers. The owners left pancake mix and syrup there for us. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us. All the laundry soaps, dryer sheets were.provided which was helpful. This may be the only house in the area, in this price range with three bathrooms. The cleaning crew showed up at ten to four when we did, so we had to wait to get in until about 4:30. And the house could use some kitchen towels.

CONVENIENCE & COMFORT

We just returned from our Cooperstown baseball trip. This property was great and we would rent it again. It is an older home, typical of the neighborhood. But inside it is quite comfortable. We were very pleased with the thoughtful conveniences which the owners provided such as clean towels & linens, coffee pot with coffee/creamer in the cupboard!, shampoo/conditioner in the showers, etc. etc. etc. The beds were comfortable; there were TV's in every bedroom and also the living room. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Other families from our team stayed at lakeview properties which were nice, however, I would stay at our place again because of the comfort & convenience that this property provides. It is SO close to the Allstar Village! Other families had to travel 40 minutes each way to the games. We were there in 5 minutes from this property. Another big bonus of this property is that it is 2 doors down from a Walgreens. SUPER helpful whenever we needed anything at anytime. There is a large grass backyard with a small BBQ in the back and some chairs which look out to a pretty nature view. This would be a good place to hang out or BBQ or play catch. Thanks for a super time!
