The room was never cleaned during our 6 day trip. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The breakfast was terrible, the orange juice was water down. Hard boiled eggs were over cooked each day. The hallways smelled of weed. One bed had a comforter and the other had a light blanket.

They refused. Me service kept my 188 bucks after accusing me of damaging a window on my previous stay and refusing to return my deposit when I did nothing of the kind in fact my investigation is showing they charge multiple people their deposits on the same window running a scam I would like to send an inspector in to check the windows and see how big of a problem this is and just how many people are being robbed

The two younger gentlemen at the front desk were amazing and I would rate them an A+ in professionalism. They went out of their way to help me in a couple different situations. The newer mid aged lady was very very rude and had an attitude with me. I asked her if there was a problem and she said she had no problem and gave me the dirtiest look. I will be back as I travel with my job and I hope that she’s not working. Next time I will tip the two younger, gentlemen as they were outstanding, and they deserve a raise.
