This was a great location - comfortable and affordable.

Staff friendly and responsive. Room and hotel facilities low quality, but adequate for the low price paid for room.

my son and daughter in law just moved to Tumwater and extended stay is just around the corner from where they live very convenient for us when we visit.

I'm just passing through so all I needed was sleep. The price was excellent and I could actually stretch my legs out in the bathtub with room to spare. I'm over 6 feet tall and any more that seems to be unusual.

Moving to area and needed a place to stay while home was being updated

Hotel is nice and clean however it is close to the freeway but not many stores close by. Staff friendly and very helpful but knocking on every single door at 2:30 in the morning to find out who is making noises at night is not a productive way of finding out who is causing noises on the floor.

Most of the amenities listed were not there was very forgettable

Remember to pack shampoo and a hair dryer as bar soap is the only thing provided in this inexpensive and conveniently located, but bare bones hotel. Beds not great, and skimpy on the pillows. The refrigerator in my unit hadn't been cleaned, and the room smelled of smoke despite its non-smoking status.

Limited supply - no shampoo or conditioner. Good to stay with family so you could prepare food in the room.

We wre there to check out schools in the area. No matter where we stayed we would have had to drive around the area but the hotel was convienant to grocery stores, restaraunts and some entertainment. Beds were hard as rocks. Room was clean, staff was great. They give you shampoo and a hairdryer at no charge upon checkin if you need it, but it is not in the room automatically. I would have given room comfort a 5 if the beds were better and the value a 5 if the beds were better and it had a gym. [...]

Great service and accommodations. They seem to be very willing to please.

The location is perfect for where we wanted to be. Unfortunately, the bed was rock hard. Judy, the night receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Great Staff Comfortable spacious room Easy access from highway Clean Quiet

Easy check-in, great room. Only negative - no exercise room though one was listed in the features on line.

I like the rooms. I came to visit a son and the hotel is easy to find and close to everything. The bed is a little too hard and needs some cushioning to be more comfortable but I love the kitchen and frig so I could have snacks and breakfast foods available. The room was clean, the front desk service was great and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

We were there for the STP bike ride. Would have liked a pool and hot tub to unwind after the ride.

The young, black desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything I needed. She should be rewarded. An evening male deskclerk refused to give me help in getting an [...] #. I would like to see an extra pillow in the room, shampoo, and paper towles. The cleaning staff was also very nice. It wasn't initially clear that the staff does not clean and make beds every day as is done in other hotels/motels. Just making the bed, even if it is not changed until one leaves, or has spent a week might please more people.

We attended a Lions convention that was in nearby hotel. We like Extended Stay because it is like a small apartment which allows for your own food choices!

Loved the location. Right off the freeway, yet no freeway noise or other room noise while sleeping. I have never been to Olympia but this hotel was easy to find and made visiting my son very convenient. I liked having the kitchen and frig in the room as my son and I have different breakfast schedules and that was easy to accommidate. Thanks for a great place to spend the weekend.

While the room and hotel were very clean, I found the room to be sparce on amenities and uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and the pillows very flat and extra pillows were not available. This was my first stay at a Extended Stay American hotel and it will be my last. I think you can find much better hotels for the same or slightly more money.
