This was our third time staying at this particular hotel in the last 10 years so we have a history to compare it to.
It will be the last time we stay here. For the room price and the options that you have to DEPEND on the hotel staff to provide for you in a timely manner, it wasn't worth it. Nice property to look at though

Very cool property. Staff was very friendly and personable. Definitely recommend the Mountaineering Club on the 16th floor - great views of the city and beyond.

Hotel very nice but small rooms. We booked a queen and were upgraded to a king. Bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel within walking distance to most attractions.
Front door to hotel locked after 10pm due to outside area. Security at front door during the day. Lots of homeless people along 3rd ave but they kept to themselves.
