400 meters from the beautiful white beach of Porto Istana. Lovely terraced house in very nice residence. Carport. 4 + 2 beds. Garden. Terrace on the front and back deck. Washing machine. LED TV. Very convenient to the beach, 10 minutes walk up (800 meters)
The house is very close to both the airport of Olbia - Costa Smeralda is the Port where all ferries Moby, Corsica Ferries, GoinSardinia and Grandi Navi Veloci. A few kilometers shops and the port of Olbia San Paolo

Hébergement très bien situé proche d'une très belle plage et des supermarchés.Il faudrait un numéro ou un nom bien visible sur la villa car on ne l'a trouvé que grâce au téléphone de nôtre logeuse!...elle n'était pas sur place mais était très réactive lors de chaque demande via whatsapp

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Häuserreihe umgeben von viel Grün. Man kommt in wenigen Minuten zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Very good location but older apartment

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a house with 4 apartments. It lies on a well kept property with multiple houses an parking spaces left to the steet leading to the Porto Istana beach. In 10 Minutes you can get there by foot. So its a quite good located. The apartment itself is like 60 m2 an has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms an a bathroom. It also has 2 outside sitting spaces. It's nicely decorated but you get the impression it hasnt been renovated for some time. It also doesn't have any AC so it gets hot in the afternoon. I was in August. Interaction with the housekeeper was good and he always answers fast. The stay was good but if you intend to spend a lot of time inside i would reccomend somenthing else. If you're only outside on the beach and stuff its ok.

La casa era molto basica, pochi utensili, pentole , neanche una tenda per la veranda una poltroncina rotta, la proprietaria non si è mai vista, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per capire come funzionava la raccolta dell’immondizia

Tranquillità tra gli oleandri

Appartamento sito in complesso di altri appartamenti a 700mt dalla spiaggia (10min a piedi) completo di tutto e ben arieggiato. Terrazzo fuori dal soggiorno all’ombra nell’ora di pranzo...e spazioso terrazzo sul retro per stendere panni. Lavatrice. Comodo spazio per la raccolta differenziata all’interno del complesso.

Praktische Wohnung - in 2 Min. am tollen Strand

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, eine Etage höher hätte man Meerblick. Trotzdem super Lager, in ca. 400 Meter ist die Pizzeria, in 800 Metern das Meer! Wir hatten Räder dabei und waren in 2 Minuten dort. Auch zu Fuss braucht man nur ein paar Minuten, der Weg ist eben. Die Bucht ist toll, man kann auch sehr schön spazieren laufen, zum "Südstrand" Porto Istana und dann weiter an den Felsen entlang. Die Wohnung an sich ist praktisch eingerichtet, Waschmaschine und Küche alles super. Man hat zwei Terrassen, morgens ist auf der einen Seite, abends auf der anderen Seite Sonne. Schade, dass auf der Abendseite keine Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung stehen. Uns war es egal, wir haben die selbst mitgebrachten aufgestellt. Bei uns war das Wetter Anfang Mai schlecht, so mies war es wohl seit 50 Jahren nicht auf Sardinien. Da haben wir etwas gefroren, hatten aber zum Glück auch Bettdecken und warme Klamotten dabei. Grill, Föhn, Bügeleisen usw. ist alles vorhanden, Wäscheständer, Schirme. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön, wir haben gerne vorm Haus Federball gespielt und die Tiere angesprochen (eine Handvoll wilde Hunde, Katzen, Echsen - alle scheu). Von Porto Istana aus kann man super Ausflüge machen, Richtung Costa Smeralda und auch in den Süden oder ins Landesinnere. Vom Flughafen ca. 15 Minuten. Sehr schön, gerne wieder! :-)
