A very special villa
The modern house was designed by a Belgian architectural firm in 1974 together with the other surrounding houses. It has a spacious living room with two stone walls, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds) and two bathrooms. It has two large outdoor terraces, two fireplaces, and is surrounded by a beautiful 1000sqm cultivated garden. It has air conditioning and heating. Recently renovated with quality materials. The location is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. Walking distance is a long sandy beach equipped with sun loungers and bars and a kite school.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Wunderschöne Ferienhaus
Als fünfköpfige Familie mit Hund haben wir in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen dreiwöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Der große und gepflegte Garten wurde von unseren Kindern und dem Hund regelmäßig zum Spielen genutzt. Über die Außendusche haben wir uns alle nach einem Strandtag gefreut. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man täglich benötigt. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet und klimatisiert. Vorort gab es zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub dort !
