A stone's throw from the Costa Smeralda, located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches, surrounded by greenery, is our house (recently renovated), the area is quiet and the location, being a single unit, allows guests can spend days in total relaxation without prying eyes, you can cook at any time, make a barbeque in the outdoor living area, sit in the lounge and read in the shade of the olive trees the rustling of the leaves and of the Cicale; the spaces are wide and pleasant, if you want you can also decide to sunbathe in the garden.
Inside it is composed of two bedrooms with a French bed, a living area with fireplace and a sofa bed (French double bed), two bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a TV. via Cavo, large outdoor area with barbecue area, relaxation area and wi-fi.
The property is home to two sweet Volpini who are loved at first sight.
