Hair dryer didn’t work
Besides bugs in my bed, on the wall and in the bathroom,? There is no service on Sunday. The breakfast is only 0600-0900.did not make it there by 0900 once. When i mentioned the bugs to the staff, they asked why i didn't request to me moved. Trash in the parking lot for 3 days, no one cleaned it up. Waiting to see if i het bed bugs, feeling a little itchy
The website said it had a spa and there was no spa. Also, I could not find times breakfast was served and missed breakfast both days.

Friendly young man at check in i asked if there were any food joints around still open ( at 10:30 pm) he listed everything that was open.room was clean and comfortable. Easy to locate and very close to the highway but not too close to where you hear cars all night.

Loud air conditioner. Kept going on and off. Very loud when coming back on. Other than that everything was perfect.
I really enjoyed my stay. Sure Stay was a great value.
Location, service and price are the only good things about this place.... room had stains and worn out furniture, breakfast was bad/lacking

Dear Jenny, We are so sorry you were given or read misleading information. We have never had a spa at this Hotel. It looks like you booked through Orbitz. Please know when booking through other sites they do not always list amenities as they are. We always recommend calling the Hotel you have booked and directly asking them what amenities they offer. Our breakfast has been on a Grab and Go system since March 2019 when Covid hit the US and will continue this way until our owners think it is safe to do otherwise. The Grab and Go you can come get at our Front desk from 6:30-9am. Again we are sorry you were mislead and wish you Happy trails ahead.

Thank you for posting a review and your concerns. We always want to make sure all guest stays are exceptional. So sorry you had the issues you did. That is unacceptable at our establishment. We would ask that you immediately come to front desk and report any issues such as what you reported so that we may remedy asap.
