It was much cleaner than when I stayed there this past summer. They are not good at details. I tried to call the front desk. The room phone didn’t work. None of the outlets on the nightstand worked, USB or electrical. Day employee parks under the covered awning. While she does have a disability, there are handicapped spots close to the front door. The space under the awning should be for guy. She did this on my previous stay. Carpet had a cigarette burn. There were 3 bath towels, 3 wash cloths and one hand towel in the bathroom. It should be 3 of each since they only service the room every other day. They need to implement an inspection process, use checklists, be consistent and pay attention to details. A non working phone in a room could be a safety concern in the event of a medical emergency or other emergency in the room. When I called the front desk and the phone didn’t work, the desk clerk said hello a couple times, hung up but didn’t check if I was ok.
