the property is tired and needs an updating. there are no USB ports. The pillows are lumpy. it is time for a refresh.
Didn’t stay! Got stuck because of weather and couldn’t get a refund.
Nice clean room. Tv was a little dark but everything else was nice.

Promised me a refund and never saw it even though they did not make up my room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke
Probably will not be using your site to book hotel rooms in the future when we brought to the attention of the staff are issues with the room they said because we used your booking site to pay for our hotel that they had no recourse and could not offer any refund against our room
Comfortable bed, up-to-date decor, coffee pot and refrigerator. Shelf for toiletries next to shower was nice addition.
Excellent hotel---only 3 miles from campus. Food within walking distance. Everything was clean and staff very friendly!
This hotel was great and had everything I needed for my short trip to Norman.
Saturday one of our rooms had a burned out bulb and iron not working, my niece reported this ,by sunday neither problem was fixed. she checked out sunday and told the front desk about the problems. The person at front desk said they where sorry,but did not really seem to care.. They had all day saturday to change a light bulb and an iron , I know changing a bulb is a tough job to get done the same day ,but I think with a little extra training they could pull it off.
The hotel staff were very efficient and welcoming. My first impression was very positive and remained positive throughout my stay. My room was immaculate, as was the bath. However, the casual seating (chairs) were more of an office nature than a comfort nature, were uncomfortable and not suitable for reading or relaxing.. The dresser drawers were all stuffed with extra pillows, blankets, etc and were therefore unusable. Generally, the lobby furniture was uncomfortable - too straight-back. I would return.
The hotel was located perfectly, was very comfortable and clean and was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip.

Was in Norman for family gathering - hotel was in great location - very clean - quiet. Staff was excellent (from check-in through check-out). Only small criticism - "cook to order breakfast" was not complimentary. Coffee was available; but anything else we got charged for. Think advertising for hotel was misleading in this respect. That being said - the breakfast was excellent.
Traveled to finish up paperwork for graduate school, and met all my needs. Free internet was great, room was modern and really nice, and had a wonderful lobby and guest area downstairs for getting work done outside of the room. Didn't use the bistro area but it was nice to have it available if I needed a bite or a drink without wanting to leave the hotel and face the weather.
