The property is ok. Expected more from this la Quinta because most la Quintas are extremely nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But this location has paper thin walls. Could hear everyone’s conversations in the rooms on each side of me, and across the hall and below us. A lot of banging all night long too. So it was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep due to all the loud voices and doors slamming and banging. This was the first La Quinta Inn that I have been unhappy with.
Everything was great. There were no problems. This is my second stay here.
I have stayed here before. It's convenient to stores and my family. During this covid the breakfast is a bag with water, granola bar and a small muffin. They normally have a great breakfast, so I was very disappointed. The pool is open,so that was nice.
No pool and no breakfasy was dissappointing and having pets was made easy and positive.
Nice property, but had rooms listed in Orbitz that they could not giv me when I arrived. Told me it was a Orbiz problem.
Very clean and staff super friendly, Breakfast was also good and plenty off options. Would stay here again.
Wifi was poor, one ice machine in building, bed uncomfortable.
The check in was great, very friendly and helpful staff! The pet friendly environment was wonderful!
The Room was pretty dirty, doesnt look like the staff does any deep cleaning, 1 of the towels was completely dirty, lots of dust and caked on grime and the bathroom was just not clean. Front desk staff transffered a call to my room at pretty late in the evening, it was a man saying he was the hotel manager and my address on my credit card wasnt right. He tried to get me to give him my credit card number over the phone...i was ummm no ill come downstairs and take care of it, i get downstairs and realize it was the same girl working as when we came in, she had sent the call to my room and she didnt know who it was, and I said it was someone trying to steal CC info...so overall the stay was not great and I probably should have been comped for my stay but noone even apologized for this and it was a pretty major ordeal, I was not the only one who had this happen to them during this stay, another lady was up there complaining about it.
The staff was very hospitable and competent- especially the lady who worked in the dining room. She always made sure things were stocked and it was clean. And very friendly!!
Room was not very clean. Bathroom had no vent and had chalk coming loose from the bathtub. The air conditioning is controlled by a motion sensor so the room would get hot when we were not in there moving around. At night we would have to get out of bed and move around so the a/c would come back on. Could not get a good nights sleep........Also the hotel allows pets so it is not very sanitary........
Bed was uncomfortable. Airconditioning was bulky and not efficient. Two separate thermostats in room

Thank you for your feedback. Our breakfast is currently a Grab & Go to conform to our pandemic Heath Dept. guidelines. Our heated pool is at 82 to 83 degrees. We hope you will continue to consider La Quinta when you are in the area.
