Not listed on the online reservation was the requirement for a CASH deposit when arriving. Then, I had an early meeting and could not get my deposit back until after 8:30. I had to leave my meeting to go back to get my deposit then wait while someone checked my room. Never again will I stay at this hotel. The exterior door by my room had a broken panic that would allow anyone int he building. The heater smelled like it was burning. Not a pleasant experience. I am a factory rep who stays in hotel every week. I haven't stayed in a place like this in a long time.
