I got a one-room apartment in this complex, larger than the standard Japanese ones. There is a small but very functional kitchen, a Western-style bathroom, and a large room with balcony. You get a great deal of autonomy in this place, but the location is a bit inconvenient. I would say it's great if you go there by car or motorcycle (they offer parking). In any case, restaurants and convenience stores are not far away. I do not have any complaints, except the room was quite noisy: the window offers zero insulation, in terms of sound, light, and heat, so don't plan of oversleeping too much and turn on the AC.
My friend and I were stayed here for 2 nights. It was located close to a monorail station and bus terminal as well. For this trip, we rented a car. So It was very convenient for us and the apartment also have car park but it has to pay more additional charge. We rented 1 bedroom for 3 persons but 1 bedroom which is separated doesn't have the air condition. It's fine for winter season but it's not good summer (Summer in Japan was very hot). At that time, the room have a bit kitchenette smell. I think it because last visitor might have been cooked in the room. In term of the cost, It still value for money!
This place may look unpreposessing bit is in fact absolutely fine. The doors are along a walkway looking like the doors to prison cell, but do not despair! Inside the rooms are practical and clean, if a little small. The hotel appears to have been completely renovated. The rooms have all you need: washing machine, drying space on the balcony, wi-fi, equipment for cooking including a microwave and rice cooker. Fancy Japanese lavatory and bathroom, too, plus good beds. There are a couple of restaurants very close by. -- try Sam's -- and various buses run past the door. It is not a particularly interesting neighbourhood but otherwise this place is fine.
Stayed a night recently in this Hotel. It was nice that we could check in upon arrival at about 9plus in the morning. There is no porter service but it was fine as the walk to the lift and lift to our room was not far. Room for three persons seem too small and though I had requested for three single beds but my room came with 2 single bed and a futon. Convenience store, supermarket and a ramen shop are nearby. Overall stay is fine as the environment is quiet
Large apartment cosy enough to stay. Though walls and facilities seems abit old and rundown already. Very value for money stay all in all, lots of eateries within walkable distance,6min walk to rail station, another 10min rail ride to airport very good location.
We spent two nights at WHM and we really liked it. The hotel is around 300 meters far away from the Tsubogawa monorail station, which is four stops away from the airport. Kokusai Dori and Shijo Hondori are roughly 1 km away on foot. Around the mansion you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The room with a fully equipped kitchenette and with a balcony was clean and big. There was enough place to have a meal in the room. Nice bathroom. Helpful staff. It is probabIy also an excellent accommodation for travelers staying longer. I would highly recommend this accommodation mainly based on room rate, room size and location.
We booked this Mansion with one room for my family (5 adults + 1 baby) for 2 nights. This located near the metro station “壺川站” The room is definiately clean and reasonable spacious with many amenities:- microwave oven, , toaster , refrigerator, , electronic pot, kitchenware and, detergent, etc. we can prepare breakfast at our own. The Mansion provides car parking with 670 yen everyday. The staff in the office is helpful and can speak fluent English. Will recommend friends if they need an apartment in Naha. Wifi connection is OK. You have to take the garbages to the garbage collection box at 1st Floor before checking out.
The apartment is clean, bright and well equipped, even has a washing machine in the apartment and laundry in the common area. Sleeps 6 person just nice (2 of which are young kids). It is conveniently located within walking distance to Kokusai street (about 10min) and family mart is just accross the street. The onsite parking cost ¥670 a day but is really convenient for loading / unloading luggages.
Our first room on the 6th floor was perfect. Clean room, large for the 4 of us, 2 single beds with 2 futons on tatami floor with a sofa a table too. Our next stay on the 7th floor was not as good as the earlier room. The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster oven and stove and all the utensils required for cooking. The dining table for large enough for 4 of us.. The bathroom and toilet are clean with washing machine too, we brought our own detergent. There are many hangers and 1 large hanger with many pegs for small items. We managed to wash our clothes and all dry by the morning in the balcony. Near hotel (3mins walk) there is a supermarket, which is cheaper than another one nearby. Ask the check in staff which one is better. This hotel is only about 5mins walk from the Tsubogawa Station, which is only 15mins away from Naha airport. Just beside the station there is OTS Car Rental, where we got a car to drive out of the city. Great stay especially if you need arrive late from airport or have an early flight to catch.
We can only speak Chinese and English. It's a little difficult to communicate with lots of Japanese. The front desk staff here is helpful and good in English. We stayed here for 4 night in the family twin (2 beds) with a Japanese-style room. The room is clean and the kitchen is very well. Wifi signal is very strong, and every room has its own wifi. Very little defects: 1. No toothpaste (but providing toothbrush). 2. No seasoning even oil. 3. The pillows are really thin but you can ask more for free. All of all are not a big deal, but should be marked. Because we only stay for 4 night, but we should buy a lot of things for using the lovely kitchen. However I'll recommend this hotel for family trip with little kids. *VERY IMPORTANT* The parking space for RV is really small. It's test your parking skill all the time. There are many mosquitoes here.
