Beautiful hotel, well designed and furnished rooms. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly, hospitable and always ready to help. The breakfast is super high quality. Washers and dryers in the building is awesome, I just wish they have more washer and dryer units to accommodate the high demand.

The hotel is quite new and has a large public bath upstairs. However, the air circulation inside was not very good, possibly due to the number of users. Improving this would make the stay even better.

Hotel is near the monorail and opposite Naha Bus terminal. Hotel has a lot of combi and a Don Donki near it, it's convenient but not as busy as main shopping streets. Good option for family and people who want convenient and a quieter options.

It was close to the monorail and was very cheap to catch it to the airport AUD 2.70. There's a bus centre a few minutes away so is very handy. A few nice restaurants, shops and convenience store were close by and can walk to the main street of town which had lots of souvenir shops and other shops. Also, pottery street wasn't too far by taxi. The onsen was great.
