The hotel has the perfect location. It’s 8 mins away from the NAHA airport. While also being 5 minutes away from a bust stop for transportation.

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, everything was really neat and clean, the amenities were top notch. Free assorted drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) included in the mini fridge. It felt like a true escape and we were treated very kindly by the hotel staff. They are ready and willing to tend to your needs. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely re-book with this hotel accommodation in the future.

Of all the hotels we stayed at during our vacation in February 2025, the Kariyushi was the best. The staff was wonderful and their communication skills were outstanding. Amenities and facility were all highest quality. They even knew the date of my spouse’s birthday and gave her a nice gift. Very much appreciated. The laundry facility was great, always had a washer/dryer available for use. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and definitely will stay again when we come back.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

The hotel is expensive, and others provide breakfast, better service, and access to gyms and pools for this price. I understand there were closures due to weather but there was no effort to open these facilities up after the weather conditions were cleared or provide any compensation. Room cleaning was also not provided.

　とにかく施設、サービス共に素晴らしいホテルです。 　チェックインの時に、雨で濡れていたのに気づいたスタッフが、タオルを持ってきてくれただけではなく、スーツケースを拭いてくれました。ちょっとした気遣いが嬉しかったです。 　部屋は、申し分ない広さ。女性3人で泊まりましたが、広々と使うことができました。洗面台2つに加え、化粧台もあるので、朝の支度は3人同時にできました。置いてある琉球ガラスのグラスややちむんのカップなど全てが洗練されていました。 　朝ごはんも、毎朝食べきれないほどの量と品数。沖縄の食材を使っていて、朝から幸せになる料理でした。 　そして何より、宿泊前からこちらの要望や質問に迅速かつ丁寧に応えてくれた予約担当の喜屋武（キャン）さんをはじめ、スタッフのホスピタリティが最高のホテルでした。 　またリピートしたくなる、そして人に勧めたくなるホテルです。
