My husband and I traveled to Osoyoos to check it out to see if its a location we'd like to go to for the winter when we retire. We stayed at Spirit Ridge and booked a one bedroom suite, wow super impressed. All the comforts of home. Spacious, beautifully decorated, well cared for and clean. Even though it was November we used the outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool was nice and warm and the whole area is well planned out. Would definetly recommend their winery! Came home with a few bottles from there. Would love to come back and see their orchards when everthing is green. There are numerous things to do here especially in the summer so hope to come back someday when we have more time to check it out. Recommend checking out their website to see all they have to offer.
We really enjoyed our stay in our comfortable suite. The room was well-appointed and included a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor pool and hot tub provided an opportunity for us to relax after a busy day of wine touring. Staff were very polite and helpful.
An excellent facility with great staff and a variety of things to do and see. Rooms were large and comfortable... location and views great... access to everything in the area was easy... My wife and I truly recommend this facility
I brought my niece here to celebrate her 30th birthday. I had stayed here previously and knew that it was a beautiful resort. Cheyenne at the front desk upgraded us to a lakeview room and had a bottle of their wine sent up to my niece once we reached our room. It was a wonderful weekend the hot tub experience in the snow was a highlight for sure.
This was an amazing place to stay. Lots of Culture Great people and the winery is right there on the property. It is an all in one Resort it has superb food, a lounge Fantastic Staff. There is an adult spa area with a pool and a hot tub so that was great for a late evening soak in the hot tub
I have already gone on your website and commented but had no reply so I will answer again. We did not receive housekeeping services and were telephoned at just before 6pm when I was in the middle of preparing dinner, and asked if we would like housekeeping. Too little too late so we declined. The room was listed as a non-smoking, no-pet room, but one of our party spent the weekend on medications having a reaction to a room evidently exposed to pets. When booking the room, and when I checked in, it was made clear that we had 3 adults and would be using all 3 beds. The third bed was not made up so we had to do that ourselves, and the bedding was a thin blanket; hardly the luxurious duvets on the other two beds. Very disappointing for what was to be a very special weekend that was 10 years in the making. I have stayed there many times but was a little embarrassed to have recommended it to the other two that joined me.
We had an excellent weekend. We were spoiled and pampered and well taken care of and went home feeling completely rested. We would highly recommend this resort as a great get away for a weekend or a longer holiday
Great rooms very well appointed, super clean rooms, hot tub and grounds. Excellent wine, good friendly staff nice 9 hole golf course in excellent condition. All around excellent place to stay. We never had one single issue our whole time there.
Excellent during the summer and shoulder seasons, several parts close during the winter (no place to purchase milk for coffee for instance), there is a market in the summer. The weather was still nice enough that sitting on the patio for a drink or meal would have been nice.
Went there for the annual AGM and it was an exciting time as we are celebrating the re-branding to Hyatt Unbound Series. The highlights of my stay included the dinner/dance and the tent with appetizer stations. I appreciated the spiritual aspects of the resort including a first nations dance and smudging ceremony. We spent some time walking along Osoyoos Lake, took a trip to Spotted Lake and the viewpoint on the way to Anarchist Mountain and a scenic drive along the Okanagan Oxbows. The scenery was spectacular with the colourful leaves and the bright sunshine. Even the road trip there and back was uplifting and invigorating. Will return again soon.
