Full kitchen, living room, and dining area plus large fenced-in yard with small hot tub and fruit trees. Home is in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive) to restaurants, shops, Thursday/Sunday Farmers' Market, golf course, and plenty of local hikes. Short drive to Ventura or Santa Barbara beaches. 1.5 hours to LA. Pocket park around the corner. Kid and pet friendly!
