The rooms are nice and spacious. The decks are a nice touch. I love how close to everything the hotel is. Already planning a trip back hopefully before the end of the year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem! The suite was incredibly spacious for the price—much less expensive than other options nearby. It included a separate bedroom and a comfortable living area with a couch, table, and TV. The kitchenette was a great bonus, with a larger refrigerator, microwave, sink, and even real plates and utensils. The bathroom had plenty of counter space, and there were two dressers plus a closet for storage, which made it easy to settle in. Everything was spotless and felt cozy and well cared for. The bedroom even had a balcony with chairs and a sliding glass door—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location couldn’t be better: just a short and easy walk (.4 miles) to Ogunquit town center, .4 miles to the Marginal Way entrance, and about .7 miles to Perkins Cove. Honestly, the reviews don’t do this place justice. It’s a fantastic value, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the quiet location which we could easily walk to Perkins Cove or to downtown. The room was large size and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was provided in the room and in the hotel foyer. I do wish they would have offered water.

This place was a great location!! The staff was nice and the rooms were in good condition. The an only thing they could make this better is having a breakfast option. They do have coffee but it would be nice if they at least had like cereal/muffins/fruit and stuff since eating out in this town is very expensive.

Loved our room and the location of the hotel which offered some pretty unique features such as dimmable lights which i've NEVER seen in ANY hotel. I also loved that the coffee in the lobby was only steps away from our room and it was really good coffee. My only disappointment was upon checking in. The young man at the desk was ill-mannered and indifferent which doesn't set a very good tone!
