My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The front desk manager was rude, unprofessional, and completely inflexible when handling a simple issue. This attitude left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking respectful customer service.

Turned out our room was very small. Better for one person. Bathroom was the same. But very cute and very clean. Will definitely stay here again but will make sure we get a room better suited for 2 people.

Great stay - easy walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay at Terrace by the Sea. Our room was partial-view of ocean. This motel is an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to downtown shops. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit, breads, cereals. We plan to return to this location.

Beautiful view of the beach, spent a lot of time just on the lawn in front of the hotel. Location is excellent; in the heart of downtown but slightly off the main drag so it's very quiet. Feels like you're "away from it all" but in reality you're a 69 second walk to the bustling street corner! AND you can access the beach from the back walkway in about 4-5 min. The room isn't that big, but it's big enough and the kitchenette has been great. I've already said we'll stay here again next time!

Great place shame about the room

The accommodation was very clean, well-maintained, in a superb location and the breakfast good. However the room we had was only slightly better than Harry Potters room under the stairs. There was barely enough room for the double bed and the toilet/shower room was ridiculous. If anyone was slightly overweight it would be difficult for them to fit in the shower. Avoid room 100 at all costs.

Overall, we had a good stay, but they put us in room 100, which is right across from the main desk and super tiny and claustrophobic. We could barely turn around in the bathroom and there was absolutely no counter space. If the place had a house elf, this would have been it's living quarters. We needed to stay an extra night and were put into a different room which was much more expansive with a king size bed and a bigger bathroom with counter and shelf space. The staff was pleasant.
