Such a beautiful resort ~ highly recommended The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are quaint, clean, comfortable and cosy!

The hotel was fine, spent a weekend. Certainly the furniture is outdated and could use a refresh. The pool was nice and hot tub. Got a couples massage however and the air conditioning in the rooms was broken and the massage therapists were pretty invasive and not respectful of redirection when asked to go lighter on pressure. Would not recommend the spa for a massage. Everything else was pleasant for a weekend away- close to main st within walking distance which was nice !

Aside from the resort being under staffed (everyone is right now) we had a very excellent stay. Our room in the country squire building was quiet and pleasantly roomy. Pool/spa areas were well maintained. The Trolley stop near Jonathan’s was a convenient offering if we didn’t feel like walking (about 15-20 mins to the beach). Our only knock was the “Pub” near the pool. Due to apparent staffing issues, the service was very slow with getting food and drinks. However, the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and cognizant of the fact orders were taking longer than normal. This was a last minute booking, and we were lucky we found this hidden gem off the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the outdoor spa and all the amenities. Beautiful area.

Terrible

Close to everything

The main thing I didn't like was that the hotel contacted me before my visit and asked me to book with them directly and cancel my Orbitz reservation. This struck me as being unethical. It was also a hassle checking out by phone.

Staff was extremely nice. Room was very clean. Enjoyed the personal texts.

Great location and wonderful amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great mini getaway for our anniversary.
