Magnificent semi-detached house in quiet residential, ideal for families with children or groups. It consists of private garden, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a toilet and a basement with separate entrance. No problem to park. Ideal situation, just 7 minutes by car from the center of Granada, 30 minutes from the coast and La Sierra (it comes very well for the ski season). Pets are not allowed
